By using Screened, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing a scan.

What Screened does

Screened provides AI-powered analysis of social media content to help you identify posts that may be flagged during visa screening. Our reports are informational only and do not constitute legal advice.

No legal advice

Screened is not a law firm and does not provide legal counsel. Our analysis is based on publicly known screening criteria, but we cannot guarantee how any government agency will evaluate your social media presence. Consult an immigration attorney for legal guidance.

Payment

Scans are a one-time purchase at the listed price. Payment is collected before the scan begins. Refunds are available if the scan fails to complete due to a technical issue on our end.

$2,000 Visa Denial Guarantee

If you complete a Screened scan, follow every remediation step in your report, and your non-immigrant visa is still denied due to social media content, we will pay you $2,000. This is a voluntary commercial commitment, not an insurance product.

Eligibility requirements

  • Your scan must be completed before your visa interview date.
  • You must follow every remediation step listed in your report.
  • Your visa denial notice must cite social media content as a reason or contributing factor.
  • The visa must be a non-immigrant category: B, F, H, J, L, or O.
  • Claims must be filed within 60 days of the denial date.
  • One claim per scan purchase.

How to file a claim

Email guarantee@tryscreened.com with your report ID, a copy of your visa denial notice, and documentation showing that all remediation steps were completed.

Exclusions

  • Denials unrelated to social media content (e.g., insufficient financial ties, incomplete documentation).
  • False or misleading information provided during the scan or visa application.
  • Incomplete account access that prevented a full scan.
  • Immigrant visa categories (e.g., EB, IR, CR).

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the social media accounts you connect. You must have authorization to access and share the content you submit for scanning.

Limitation of liability

Screened is provided “as is.” We are not liable for visa decisions, application outcomes, or any actions you take based on our reports.
